The idea is join my Interactive Final with Nature of Code.
My Interactive Music midterm consist in hearing a track and whenever a key was pressed a random effect was apply to the song. Now I want to trigger an animation depending on the effect that is trigger, and allow the user to pick between 3 colors options.
For the animation Im exploring cellular automata, fractals and particle system.

For the Midterm,, I decided to apply some things learn in the first weeks, by creating a vehicle flocking pattern which repel dust particles and simulate a moving mechanism with sinusoidal movement.

In this homework, I’m trying to simulate vehicles flying in one direction as a flock, and when they get close to the “shinny dust source” they merge with each other.

For this assignment I did:
- Create an example where instead of objects bouncing off the edge of the wall, an invisible force pushes back on the objects to keep them in the window. Can you weight the force according to how far the object is from an edge, i.e. the closer it is, the stronger the force?
My first try was using a rectangle smaller than the screen and add a force when the particle was close to this edges, in order to keep it inside.
At the end what I did is create rebound forces of wind and gravity. And depending on the distance of the edge a percentage of wind, gravity and the rebound forces will be apply to the particle.

For this assignment I wanted to do something with 3D, so I made a matrix of spheres, in which the location was designed using vectors in and added a velocity to them.
